Okay 5 days left people, get your cars ready. As of yesterday, weather was supposed to be in the high 50s/low 60s. There is a chance of showers but we'll know better by the end of the week. If you haven't already, let me know if you plan on coming before Friday morning as I will be buying all the food Friday afternoon. So far the rough count is:

~30 people coming, ~20 miatas, ~15 on the dyno

There is probably still room for a few more people on the dyno so if you haven't rsvp'ed yet then please do so sooner rather than later. For more info look at the info post at the bottom of the prior page.

Also, I believe that there are a few caravans coming to the dyno day so you might be able to meet up with them. I know of one from the northern NJ area and one from the MD/VA/DC area.

yea it sux. i thought i might have my 99 head on the 95 block but didnt have time to get it on there. so ill be dyno-ing the 95 head just with the MSPNP with maf delete. but on the bright side we should be finishing up pauls car tomorrow and it'll be all set for the dyno.

 

my estimate: same psi = 300rwhp with no loss below 6K.

 

pauls gonna have only one day to tune it so we'll see, scott. but if all works out like it should then that would be my estimate too.

putting in fuel rail tomorrow. and then hes gotta mess with idle.

 

im considering dynoing mine, i just dont want it it to blow up, or have somthing break, seeing as ill be 400 miles from home

 

youll know right away if there's a problem--just back off as soon as you hear something. plus we'll have 234293874 miatas and miata guys there to help you.

true true, i just don't want to be disappointed, my miata now feels quick, ill see a dyno chart and it will say something like 143 whp, and ill be like wow,, i suck

Could you send me your msq, Ill load it onto mine, and at the meet we could plug my MS into your car. That way I could make sure the MS unit works.

whats wrong with ur car, make it work, u have 3 days, take out a loan, i dont care, bring it or else.....
