It was on #4 before wasnt it? I was going to ask you about it. You might have best luck teeing off the FPR.
those spikes look normal between shifts....need more enrichments. otherwise I dont see issues.

The vacuum line? It was at the back of the manifold. I have it tee'ed off the FPR now, because that's the only other vacuum source on that manifold other than the throttle body.
