Tray slide that ************. If you return that car without flat-spotted tires, I'd be sorely disappointed. My friends and I used to rent cars just to **** with. We sprayed a 150 shot into the IM of a Mazda 6, that was interesting. Taking the front sway off a car can be fun in an open parking lot.

So what is the time for this thing? People gonna show up around mid day I would assume, or or some of you kicking it off in the morning? I just remembered today that I work late shift, so I wouldn't be able to leave until probably 9am at the earliest, so I probably won't get my *** there until noon or later. I told my boss I was leaving early Friday (not asked).

Some of us will be arriving Friday from out of state. Whenever you get there on Sat. is fine. We'll be there all day. We'll grill some food at noon and night and try to scratch something up for breakfast for the overnighters. No schedules, have a nice time at the lake.

I hope the boat runs well. You might bring something to float with in the cove while sipping a beverage. It can be nice to be neck deep in cool water with a beer. Anybody can feel free to bring an extra tube or skis or wakeboard to drag behind the boat if they've got a favorite one.

Would someone be so kind as to bring a music box, a phonograph, a grand piano, or a fiddle and a washboard so that we might entertain ourselves in the parlor with some acoustic diversions?

I have only a small built-in CD player up there and nothing to connect an ipod to. I'm not bringing an ipod either, so bring what you want to play.

I'm now demoting myself to the "maybe" list. This week has been a bitch thus far, I am broke, can't find a place to give me a decent alignment and I'm surely not making the trip on my old dry rotted stockers, and I'm not wearing 20% off of my new tires using them. Also have already worked 23 hours so far this week, and it's looking to remain this way the rest of the week. I'll see how things look Friday. Hope to make it and meet some of you guys, but if I don't show, you won't miss me.

Don't play wit me bitch! Git yo **** skraight an come on.

You've had over a month, don't flake out now. I drove up there with my wife last weekend in two separate vehicles carrying extra furniture and supplies so we would all have a place to sit and plates to eat from and such. I'm not spending all of this time, effort, and money to have everybody bail out on me. South Florida already failed utterly and completely...

A loser is not the guy who doesn't show up to the party. A loser is someone who throws a party and no one shows up.

If anybody that is coming a long distance would like to arrive Friday evening (that hasn't already talked to me about it) let me know.

NA6C-Guy, I'm giving you a hard time because I want you to be there.

I may still be going. I at least can leave work early Friday night/Saturday morning. I guess I'll just chance it on my shitty alignment and old tires and hope I don't get stranded 200 miles from home. Might throw one of my new wheels/tires in the trunk for a spare, even though I don't have a way to jack the car up. I'm also gonna love the drivetrain vibration the whole trip. Maybe it will hold up, whatever it is.

Bottle jacks are cheap. So are junkyard scissor jacks.

BTW, how do you swap wheels with no jack at home?

To do it on the road, I would have to carry a few bricks with me I guess, and then find a low profile bottle jack or scissor jack. At home I have to make a ramp of bricks to get it high enough to even begin to fit my jack under the jack points. I have neither a bottle jack or a scissor jack, so I'll just chance it. I like to live dangerously! If need be, I can just drive there on the wheel, the 14's will be useless when I get the Corrado rotors in the front anyhow.

A junkyard scissor jack will fit and can probably be had for $10 FWIW. But bricks are easy. Don't risk it without proper equipment. The car doesn't need to be lightweight. We won't be racing, haha.

Someone has offered to bring a ipod player for the tunes, so that is covered.

If anyone else can bring your coolers and some ice that would be helpful. I think we may be slightly short on cooler space otherwise.

Feel free to bring food and drinks as well. I'll have some but we don't want to run out.

Thanks.

Just bought a 32 can cooler, and will be bringing it packed with ice, and 12 bottles of my choice, plus a lucky number 13 of Jager (been in the freezer and I need to rid of it). There should be room left if anybody else needs beer room. Also bought a big bag of charcoal, so at least some of the grilling heat is covered. Not sure what kind of meat I want to bring. Something easy and not too time consuming, but I'd hate to just bring burgers or dogs. What else do we need, or might we need? Speak up, I'm making my last Wal Mart trip tomorrow night before I hit the sack.
