For all we know the front straight had a tail wind that day which as we saw is probably good for a couple of seconds. That would put him at a 2:00.5 which is still an awesome SM time but more believable.

If this is the event, the wind was out of the south that day (front straight head wind) at 15 gusting to 20. So much for that excuse. I am going home and killing myself now.

if that was the 9:40am qualifier, then his best lap was a 2:00.592 which on most other days would have put him on or very near pole. this day all it was good for was 9th.

I'll post it whenever it happens......probably next year when we run that direction again.....

might be end of the year depending on what direction the otd goes or if NASA (and us) run the next TWS event in nov. instead of august.
