UPDATE:

Okay.. This event is a go. I may post this to our PSI challenged friends on CR.net also.

Here are the details:

When: Saturday March 15, 2008 starting at 10am

Where: My crib - Alexandria, VA 22303 (I will give address personally)

What: Gran Turismo Prologue - I will order the Jap Spec as the US game is not out. I will have ONE racing wheel and ONE gaming chair + sofas and what not.

Food: Pizza and Beer will be provided

What can I bring: More beer, PS3 wheels, any peripherals you may need.


Please post if you plan on attending.


Other notes: If this date does not work for people.. let me know personally and we can shift it to a later weekend. I have a 52" 1080P TV, however, if we wish we can rent out the "screening room (seen below)" in my complex which consists of a full HD projector, kitchen, and billiards room upstairs.




OLD:Well.. since GT Prologue is coming out soon I thought I would throw this idea out there:
I am thinking of hosting a GTP (or GTHD depending on the date) challenge in the NOVA (alexandria) area. Anyone would be welcome... I'll provide the beer/food/PS3 (52" 1080P) /Steering Wheel..
As another option, my community has a screening room that accepts HD plug ins.. so if people chip in we could play it on the big screen and also use the billiards table.

I was thinking the first weekend in March.

Anyone interested?
