I used to love "lake jumping", at least that's what we called it. We just taped 2 liter coke bottles to the frame/bars so the bike would float, built some 8ft tall kickers, and launched ourselves into the lake like so.

Although the funniest part was probably when people would eat **** before/while on the ramp and never made it to the water.
