limp-wristed the steering, not enough room to actually slow down, not enough safety equipment for how fast that car was. he lifts and hits the brakes at 200mph and takes his hand off the wheel and looks like he even shifts (another very poor shift) and completely upsets the balance of the car that cant even do straight well. |

Well, I'm going to be generous and assume the driver was still delirious when he got out of the car, because he made zero effort to rescue, or at least oversee, the rescue of his passenger. Under his own power, he just walks away from the car, still on his own feet, and makes no attempt, let alone gesture, to return to aide his "buddy for life". It just defies my every instinct. :facepalm:

This Is What It Looks Like When A 1750 Horsepower GT-R Spins At 200 MPH F1 racing, isn't it rife with money infused politics? I could be wrong. Every form of racing seems to have a following of certain brands. Coming from off road racing, you don't see Sabelt often, if ever. Can't imagine many other motorsports where the vehicle runs on the brink of disaster at 150mph. For hours at a time. I was looking for actual proof and or experience. So the question after installing all the go fast goodies and safety equipment (whatever that may be) and before atempting to drive at 200+ mph is: does this car produse lift or downforse at that speed and how much... A quick google search say that an ss camaro produces 200 lbs of lift at 150mph, it apears that this car could not keep traction at full throttle at near 200 mph over ondulations of the runway etc. it seems like a pretty basic thing to ask your self

Dont feel bad about it, look at what hapened At Le Mans a few years ago, aero is a big thing at speed, i worked at a wind tunel testing cars for Ford and it was a always a fineline between drag and downforce
