In soviet Illinois, vanity plates may not have numbers and letters mixed. You can have letters followed by numbers with a total of 8 characters. Spaces count as numbers in total.

My plan is getting ENCABUL8.

Yeah we covered this my freshman year in engineering. They're making more advanced and expensive versions now.
