A friend of mine took his 1.6L NA out to Motiva Motor Speedway for today's Easter drift event, and I had my GoPro, so these were the videos that resulted.

First two aren't great 'cause the camera wasn't mounted on-car.

This was his first time out on the track...

I like drifting, I like Miatas, and I like drifting IN Miatas. So why would I stop doing it? Because someone else said they don't like drifting? I don't think so.
And, as soon as my car gets turbo'd and everything gets broken in, you can expect some drifting vids of my car as well

While the principle here is well intended, you don't walk into a Catholic church, start professing the glory of Islam and demand everyone accept your views.

MT is a community. Drifting is not favored among this community. We don't need to accept you and what you want to do with your car just because you exist. Want to drift, talk about drifting, post videos of drifting and not get **** on? It's not going to happen here.

 

I dont mind drifting, i'd actually enjoy a good quality video of some turbo miata sliding action. What you posted however.. it was just bad. :P I mean no personal offense either and hope you continue posting videos here, just hopefully they have cooler cars in the future
