I have taken up the hobby of filming/editing about a year ago. I picked up a small sony handy cam for track days and found myself filming friends skateboarding/snowboarding ect. I enjoy creating something that inspires others to go try the sport, that motivates the viewer, and is just enjoyable to watch.

I took a weekend trip to Boulder to check out the college and spend a weekend with a friend. He took us up in a plane that he has been learning how to fly, we got to do some back-country riding and just genuine bro time. Here is a video that i finished last night and figured i would share it with everyone here. I am wondering what you guys think i could potentially do better, what you liked/didn't like. This way i can make my future films better, and more enjoyable.

Cool video, some nice jibbing there too. I liked the music that you used, its the same style as alot of snowboard videos.

That was a pretty good video, what camera/editing software was used? Your set up for that handrail was pretty ballzy...lol but decent riding, what is your deck set up? And has Keystone opened there terrain park yet? I'm still trying to figure out where i'm going this year...

 

First of all i greatly envy you forgetting to ride that... The riding was ok. The video is imo to long... I do like how you included you hanging out with your friends and having fun and what not thats always a personal fav for videos. Have fun with filming, it was pretty good in some areas I would of liked to see maybe a little shorter clips with a little bit smoother filming in some areas. You'll get it with experience. Overall not bad

 

Some of the transitions could have been set up a little better. Overall good job. I can't believe you guys hit that rail from that drop in. That made Florida look boooring!

i dont know anything about videos but the trip look awesome. I'm taking a snowboarding trip thursday for new years with a bunch of my friends.
I wish i could make a nice video like that about my trip
