I checked the SCCA website for events near me. Nothing closer than 6-8 hours. I have an NC that I making into a track car, so my 01 is going back into DD duties after my VW Jetta TDI gets recalled and compensated for. So I have no interest in Rallycross. All I was wanting to know is if it was necessary to get offroad specific tires or just put some snow/ice tires on my stock 16's and that Paco 3" lift kit to allow me to have a DD that could get me to work even during our freak snow storms. Maybe even some dirt road fun
