Default Sick Cruden Racing Simulator from PRI

I coworker took a video of a Cruden racing simulator at this year's PRI show. It's on his iphone so i had to search for it on youtube. Pretty sick.

On my coworker's video the guy crashes. It seems to try to get pretty violent in a crash but none of the youtube videos I was able to search for quickly show's a bad crash. Pretty cool. I wonder how much $$$

They need to develop panorama screens for this. tired of multiple units tied together.

So if I threw out my bed I would have enough room for one of those. And I could defiantly sleep on the floor next to it.

screens dont move when you turn your head... you need:

SX111: 111 degree diagonal field of view head mounted stereoscopic display.

I can hook you up with a sweet discount.

believe me, monitors are not in the same league.

I saw it, it was pretty cool. The race drivers said the motion needed to be dialed down about 25%. Most of the people trying it were intentionally crashing into walls. Line was too long to justify waiting to try it myself.

Tim I saw the Jessel booth, but they said you didn't come. What's up with that.

I have no idea. Long *** reply deleted as it's boring to read and I'd be fired if someone at work read it. It shouldn't bother me as much as it does.

Sorry bud, I was just jokin', didn't mean to poke a wound.

FWIW, the guys there weren't overtly rude or anything, but also didn't seem too friendly.

No problem. I'd say half of the guys there think it's a great inconvenience and bitch about having to go, so I'm not surprised they didn't seem friendly. Same type of guys who complain when the phone rings and they have to stop what they are doing to answer it. Some think PRI has gotten too mainstream and they don't like to explain what they sell to people who don't already know everything in our catalog.

Is this similar to Virtual Boy which melts your retina? Yes, my GF has a Virtual Boy...no, you can not have her.
