but really, does anyone know where to get them and if they are not too expensive? I googled "99 miata bomex" no luck...all sorts of bs sites that arent helping..

if its not something crazy price wise I will seriously consider getting one. my stock front bumper is beat to hell.

 

I crashed the car at PIR in OR a couple months back, thank you. It's not a big deal, I'll just a new bumper later, or change it out to something different, relax people, I like ******** and possibility of crashing is part of it and it makes it more exciting and fun for me. Don't be jealous.

But the bumper is bomex, kinda hard to find the real one but there's a lot of copies around, but the quality varies.

 

Yeah, I like my stock bumper, so I'm not really jealous of your broken Bomex. But let it go man, this isn't a mad tyte drift forum. You're gonna catch **** for that here.

No, we hate ******** for a million other reasons. Those reasons are why we are 'hatin'. Don't care who he is or if he invented ********. I don't like it. If he thinks I'm jealous that he can drift or that he has a broken bumper or that his hood is not the same color as the car or that there's a huge ******* sticker blocking his view on the windshield or that he has bump steer or uneven tire wear because of shitty suspension geometry, different color wheels, or fake hood pins, or a fart can he's wrong. I will admit his headlights are clearer than mine. But that's about the only thing I would be jealous of.

EDIT: And I like his roll bar. But that's it.

 

I'm not saying we should be jealous of anything, and I personally don't like ********, but thats his prerogative if he does.

I wasn't expecting anyone to be jealous of my driving/car. But I wasn't expecting all this hate either. I don't understand why you give so much crap to people that post pictures of them actually using the cars/engines that they built, I guess it is much cooler for you to have a nice/fast/capable car and park it in the garage and look at it; maybe take it out for a morning stroll once in a while.

+1 for actually using your car. We're on the same page there at least. I hate seeing fast cars that aren't raced, Jeeps w/ 10K worth of mods that never see mud, snow, hills, or anything other than a coat of wax.

Ok I obviously thought you were serious saying I was jealous. Hence why I was hatin. No offense, but a lot of '*******s' I know have this "you're just jealous cause you can't drift" attitude. They're right that I can't do it, but no I'm not jealous. It's not for me. Partially because I suck at it, and partially because of the stereotype that goes with it. I drag race my car. That's what it's built for. It doesn't sit in my garage because I do not have one. It's my DD too.

Anyways I'll quit hating. I think the white NB's are the sexiest miata's on Earth by the way. Got any pics of it before you did all that to it?

 

 

Ive always loved your car rusman. Sorry to hear about the bumper mishap, but hey its what happens when we track out cars (weather we are ********, or doing track days/autox). No hate from me, I personally rather do a track day than a drift day, but id be lying if I said I didn't enjoy getting my car sideways.

For those who were at PIR, I hit a tire wall right before turn 5 (Porsche hill). That track is absolutely bad ***, I loved it.
