thought id share my work over the last 2 days with you lot.

wanted to make my interior nicer so I decided to make a new (gear boot?) with some suede and year 8 textiles vague memory.

got a little carried away half way through the gear boot and bought some more suede and this is the result.

all up the doors probs took 5 hrs and were very easy. the boot took about the same and was near impossible with a sewing machine i couldnt understand.

 

Looks good, I like the speaker covers/surrounds. Maybe thats what I need to do. Mine just seem to be missing something.

No not the door handle, lol I already put that back on.

 

those speaker surrounds came with the car when i bought it.

maybe get a brushed aluminium door latch if they exist. i think it would help dress it up a bit.

 

Not a bad idea, thanks. I feel dumb for posting that pic now. It wasn't completely finished at the time, hence the missing door handle, and I just realized how it looks like complete ****, lol.

Digging yours a lot though. Nice to see people doing their own work. Specially quality work.
