Welp, the car is now finally worth posting on this site since it's been a bit of a project fixing all the fuckery the PO bestowed upon it.. Feal 441+'s and 15x8 SBC rpf1's on 225/45/15 Hankook RS4's. Surprisingly fits without needing a fender roll, although it's a bit tight and I'm probably going to mildly roll them to be safe. Some rubbing on the fender liner up front, and will be slightly raising the car all around since it's a bit too low for my taste.

Next up is a crash course on megaquirt and a rollbar.

Wow yea. I'm using this picture to help decide between the 15x8 enkei 28mm offset SBC vs the 15x8 35mm offset silvers. Wish the SBC wheels came in a 7.5 and 35mm offset for 205/50s but will make due.
Sometorque I have a question. I have a 2005 Mazdaspeed, same color as yours (titanium), I am tippy toeing around wheel and tire selections. With the stock suspension do you think I would have a problem with rubbing at all with your identical 28mm SBC and 225 combo? I'm assuming no idk if you put your wheels on with the stock suspension still on. I'd also like to hear about how you like running a 225 on those 8's vs the 205s on 7s that came on the car. How does the handling crispness/tire comfort/grip all compare between the two setups? My car will never be as low as your beauty in that picture, so I'm hoping to fit the 15x8 28mm SBC's and the 225's as long as they fit and don't ruin the feel of the car.........or rub. They look absolutely phenomenal, thanks for posting the picture. Enkei should send you a rebate card. I hope your megasquirting is going swell as well. I haven't thrown mine on just yet, but the stock tune is seriously shitty. Wish 215 tires were still a thing.
