Is this turbo garbage?

No place nearby had a 1/32 drill. so i used a thin pick and poked through about a .04 hole and still had some oil

My journal bearing turbo did this and after a day of driving the seals "fixed themselves." I don't know if tht will work in your case but its worth a try in my book.

0.7 lead fits int eh lil hole with a lil bit of wiggle room!

are you saying the smaller restrictor hole has solved the oil leaking issue?
