These are nothing to write home about, but here they are anyway. This is what my brother-in-law has been doing with my Miata while I've been out here in Cali hating life without it.. 
FWIW, the Jetta dynos at 360 fwhp and was running 100 octane for these runs.

I'll ask again. I saw the car in person over Xmas at a meet, it wasn't on the stock turbo, I know that much. I vaguely recall "stage 3 kit" being thrown around, but I'm not sure what brand's "stage 3" it is.
FWIW - he's one of the only people I let drive my car. He's also the only one who'll go WOT with it, the wife never goes past 50%, says it's "scary".

Just got a response from him about the Jetta's setup. He told me 360 hp originally, but says 355 here..
BTW, the Volvo race he mentions was a 850 w/ many mods, running the 2.3l 5-banger.

The jetta is a 04 1.8t 6speed. It has apr stage 3+ kit. (google it) She was dynoed at 355 at the wheels. She was also runnin 100octane. If she had a lsd she would have won. One nice thing about the miata is the jump u get or launch. I could never find a race from a dig. Even the volvo almost lost. it took another 160 HP more the the miata to beat it. I was in 5th before we were neck and neck then he passed me at the middle of 5th which was the marker. That was a damn good race!
