I'll talk **** about Cali all day long, thankyouverymuch.

I spent the last few weeks learning to speak fluently about the weather and sights in California, I think I might be able to give a weather forecast by now, lol.

I love Cali weather, unfortunately it has to take place in California. That's why I live in Florida...

J/K kinda, I enjoy my visits to California, just couldn't live there.

the bullshit here in virginia is worse. I have to get OBDII dyno-based emissions AND safety inspections. this is why it bugs me when the ignorant bash california's tests. they are not the worst out there, they are just the most popular to bash.

Yes, VA is equally as bad. However, that doesn't make us ignorant for calling CA as it is.

there are certainly more places with worse weather and worse inspection requirements, yet california takes the brunt. why is that?

I've never had issues. Safety inspection is once a year, they make sure you have a cat, lights and brakes and check your airbag and vacuum lines diagram...that's about it. Although this year my Altima failed for a bad wiper blade, cracked tranny mount bushing and an inoperable window switch. Never had anyone spend more than ten minutes on my car before, I found it odd.

Emission you can do every two. You don't need it if you don't live in NOVA. the rest of the state is exempt. They plug into your car, see that it's ok, and you're on your way for another two years.

Cops will hardly pull you over and make you see a ref. Worse they will do it rip your tint off. They might give you a ticket for a loud muffler. Other than that you can get away with a lot.
