Hi, new member here. I recently purchased my second Miata. Due to financial reasons I had to sell my first Miata and regretted it ever since. The only thing lacking in my Miata was a little more power so I jumped on the opportunity in my new turbo Miata. Drove more than 120 miles to pick him up and it was a blast to drive back home. The only problem now is that it stalls out every time I hit the gas lol. Talk about bad luck. I've been learning as much as I can to diagnose the issue.

Since my ownership I have rebuilt the shifter with all new Mazda parts, replaced the radiator cap because my overflow was bubbling, and replaced the cas o ring to stop the oil leakage towards the back of the motor. The previous owner estimated it puts down 220whp. It's ashamed I can't drive it at the moment. I already looked for vacuum leaks by spraying brake cleaner all around without any luck. Spark plugs are newish and so are the coils. It doesn't seem to be the maf since I'm running the megasquirt but unplugged it anyways without any luck. I did disconnect the battery while working on it and thought my megasquirt lost its tune and reseted but I spoke with a tuner and he assured me that's not the case. Regardless, I'm sure I'll figure it out one day with more research from this forum
