Been lurking for a quite a while, mostly in Race Prep or re-reading the definitive VVT swap thread, and of course day dreaming over K swaps, rotrex/turbo builds, etc that I'll never do. Been finding myself spending a lot more time over here vs. "that other miata forum" due to the kind of information I'm looking for and because I enjoy the lack of hand holding (and subsequent lulz).

I own two NA's, a beater 95 Base and a low mileage (~34k) 97 Touring. Been meaning to get the 95 on track ever since failing to win GT Academy back in 2012, but I'm scatter brained and really like blowing money on craft beer, steak, and random trips (2014 Solo Nationals for example). It should be track ready within the next month or two, at which point I plan on running with NASA and/or Global Time Attack (Road Atlanta, Barber and NOLA Motorsport being my closest 'big' tracks). The car is currently a non-competitive STS/TTE car more or less. JacksonRacing header, exhaust TBD, koni/gc (need Xida's something fierce), RB front/stock rear bar, TRMotorsport 15x7.5's, Corbeau Forza's and Autopower roll bar. I have a VVT motor I'd like to swap in, but that'll be a ways out. First things first.

The 97 is bone stock other than RacingBeat cat-back, but in a perfect world would be turbo for daily duty. Life ain't fair.
