Hey all, my name is Chad and I'm from the Dayton area. I'm a full time student and also hold an internship, which helps pay for this expensive hobby. I just picked up a 1992 Miata. Its got slot done to it. The main points are a stock 5 speed trans and reinforced rear dif. The engine is a 1.8l with 40k on it, with a BeGi s3 turbo kit. The car is currently tuned and putting out about 230rwhp, according to the PO. The car needs some stuff put back on, and other parts sourced, but I'm good friends with the owner of a local shop, International Performance Automotive in Dayton. Kevin there specilaizes in miatas, and actually built the motor so he knows much about it. I joined here in hopes of gaining some knowledge and making new friends, so hopefully I can do just that. I'll be lurking quite a bit, and know to do a search before posting a new thread. Anyone around the Dayton area, get at me. Pics are on their way. The car is at the shop, so I have to wait to get some until I can get back down there.
