Finally getting to the point where I'm building my first Miata, kinda. I had one where the motor blew pretty much after I bought it, made an awesome built motor but messed up the break in. And am now on my second Miata where I'm taking things a bit slower. Already swapped the automatic for a spare manual transmission I had laying around and got my new standalone ECU recently.

 

Welcome. Post some more. What are your overall plans with the car?

 

Anywhere specific that is good for new people to post? I've been messing with Miata pretty in depth for about 2 years now so I have a decent bit of knowledge to help people out hopefully. Current plans are to do a mild turbo build for now in the coming months and eventually get a spare motor to put my forged bits back in and make something wild while still having a backup so it's not down if something goes wrong.
