Default Greetings

Hey folks. I'm the proud owner of a 2003 green miata LS. Stock except for wheels and tires (zII and trm wheels) and carobetech brake pads. It's a weekend car that I've been running at the local autocross (Meadowlands nj) and having a great time. I'm here to scour for tips on turbo and supercharging and shopping for the requisite parts for same I the quality classified section. Hoping to get some extra pickup under the hood before the season is out!

Cheers,
Ruben

Oh additionally. I'm in NJ, so if anyone in the area has been doing any kind of tech days etc I'd love to hear about it. I'm pretty handy but without assistance or experienced oversight I fear I'll end up with a turbo or supercharger strapped to my engine in resolutely stationary vehicle. Also if anyone has an emerald green mica passenger door, mine is rusting... For some reason. Want to keep the car super stock looking with all the action under the hood/ suspension. (maruha coilovers are on the way)

welcome.
I'm glad you decided not to crap up the forum trying to get to 15. Props for that.

Post some pics of your car, it will make everyone happy and up your post count without ruffling feathers

I love it here, just don't have much to say (so far)!! Just hoping to grab some parts and get some work done before the autocross season ends!
Will certainly be reading up and posting all build action etc. When I get uderway
I hereby solemnly swear not to ask any questions before reading and searching, Ha!

Here's a couple shots of me not fitting in a Miata and vying for slowest time of the day a couple weekends ago at MSNE Autocross!

Apology accepted. I'm Ron Burgandy?

Is the autocross with a local club or like SCCA?

It's somewhat local, called motorsports northeast, but they're affiliated with NASA. I tend to enjoy their events more as you usually get more runs than you would with scca.
