Just saying hello from Texarkana...... I have owned several Miata's in my day but went to Hybrids some 10 years ago. Getting rid of all but one of the three hybrids and going back to Miata's. This time though I am starting out with my dream car and that is a stock Sunburst Yellow. I have my eye on another SBY that has Turbo and might get it in a few weeks. Again, HELLO Everyone........

I found the SBY of my dreams. Here is a pic of her. Her name is Sunflower and she was Underdog's baby the past five years.

 

Did you buy it? That is an iconic car.

Yes Shane, I brought it. She is a beauty and Underdog has pretty much rebuilt her mechanically with whatever she needed. I just hope I can give her the love and attention to detail that he gave her . I am a very very lucky man.

 

Congrats Bill! Did you have the option of buying it turboed already? Or had Tom already pulled all those goodies off?

 

I am sure if I wanted it left with the turbo he would of let me have it that way but I was lpoking for a straight stock car that was well taken care of. He had replaced a lot of systems such as breaks, exhaust, motor mounts and such that it's 99% showroom floor quality to me. The interior is just like new. She is pretty.
