Hello, I am new here and i want to share my Eunos Roadster!
Hello Everyone, My name is Wesley, 27y old, Born in Brazil and living In Austria! my own workshop but i am not mechanic everything learning by doing! I am here because I am runing 1.8l turbo and The forum helped me during the build (old threads from joe perez, brainack etc...)
2 years ago I got my Eunos Roadster 91, 1.6L from Japan, after oil pressure issues I swapped a 1.8L NB engine (non VVT) in with the standardart 1.6L ecu,
Last sommer I started with my turbo build! I stripped the complete car! everything out, sandblasted coated, new PU bushes, new brakes, Brake lines, KONI coilovers. The 1.8l engine got new pistons rings, kings bearing, shimmed the oil pump, head gasket, bolts, all gaskets etc... after all I bought a 6 speed gearbox and a 3.6 Torsenand i ordered everything for the turbo build the speclist is:
Megasquirt Ms2 3.0 DIY
Iron Cast turbo manifold for Subaru Td04l
3inch Downpipe
2.5 cobra ExhaustS
TD04l turbo
Subaru 440cc injectors with adapter (Subaru 12 holes, RX-8 5 holes)
Intercooler incl Pipes, Oil lines, Water lines
I.L Motorsport Radiator
AEM Wideband MAT sensor, Pierburg Boost controller Toyota Cops
I am runing right now on Subaru TD05 STI turbo, by 0.8bar boost, around 260-270 hp! A lot of thing don't worked on first try but car is running now 10T kms fine,
But, Last Week I started A new project! I am swaping my 1.8L for Mazda FE3 engine that I got from a old Mazda 626 GT, Infos coming soon! I hope that is enough infos for the first thread!
I am open for questions!
