Default Hello from the New Forest, England!

I'm new to the Miata!

Had a Nissan 200sx s13 running at 270bhp before I had a blow-out and spun into a car!

I have a 1991 mx5 and want to turbo it. I really need some help!

I have a rebuilt T28 Hybrid with braided oil / water lines which I took off my 200sx. I also have a FMIC built by Norris Designs. I am hoping to use these on my Mazda?

I need help on which manifold and downpipe I need to fix the T28 on. I have searched, promise!

I understand I will need to run aftermarket management, bigger injectors etc.

Any help much appreciated!

There are a bunch of T2 based turbo manifolds and downpipes. Check out flyin miata and begi. Also absurdflow makes some sweet setups.

Thanks for the info. I have looked on the websites but haven't really found what I want.

However, I have found an 'ebay manifold' with a warranty against cracks:

..and then I would need this flange also from the bay:

Would this leave me enough room? Can I get a downpipe to fit?

Lol, good luck with that. Why not just by a T2 cast manifold from flyin miata or begi instead of doing the stupidest thing and buying a manifold not for the turbo, and then trying to adapt it and hoping that it actually fits. Good luck with the downpipe.

I was thinking of doing that stupid thing because it is the cheaper option and I save a hell of a lot on postage. Plus I'm new to all this so need advice!

Your running this setup right?

http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...0%20%201990-93

Which I assume cannot be used with a 1600cc.

So, this is what I need:

...and this downpipe?

And this upper section:

Or, select "90-93" in the drop down menu to make it fit a 1.6

Item Number: 22-20000, just choose 90-93 for the 1.6. It isn't as cheap as the ebay setup, but at least you're getting parts that are going to work and fit properly.
