thats it...

no more semi-nice.

You are not going to like it here at MT.net because we dont take bullshit here. Do you realize there are professional racers, and techs on this site, and yet you still like to claim you went 140? That **** might fly on clubroadster.net, but not here. There is NO WAY that that PIECE of **** went 140.
The reason we are not reading it, its because of the amount of bullshit that is in it. I dont give a **** about your intro of LIES. I hope you realize your bodykit is actually slowing you down... because of the amount of open areas you still have. Your best bet is to start over. Sell the kit, and just ******* start over. You can have a 100 mile straight with no people on the road, and at perfect 0 elevation and you still wont go 140 in a miata. Just give up, admit, and you will get respect again.

I have no hate for newbies, nor for those that choose to look different. I changed the look of my miata, although most guys on here prefer the stock look, not all of us do.

The only reason I'm giving you any **** is because your first couple posts were lame. Claiming 140mph (138) is just stupid, for one. Also when you referred to wheels as rims, that just comes off as ricer talk, thus the emphasis on the JMDZ talk.

When I get off the jacks this weekend ill take a Vid.

and yea im editing this in.

I could be completly wrong, but I have Gone above the 130 mph mark numerous times. Where exactly I wound up may be a bit fuzzy but atleast with the vid I can show 130+ while most of you guys claim you cant even do that. I Know for fact I have been 130+ and I can swear i been in the 138/140 mark. Trust me, Im not a ******* lying, could I have been mistaking maybe? But ill take a vid of what I can do and ill post it.

Did you put 13" wheels on the car when you did this? That might cause the speedo to be off. Fastest I got mine was ~121 going down hill. It would NOT go any faster.

So for this I use this image:

Advice: It is easier to video the speedo hitting 138 with it on the jacks.

True Dat.

My speedometer was off when running with the stock 4.3 rear. When I put in the torsen 4.1 the speedometer reads exactly with the GPS, but my odometer is now way off.

Could be my speedo but I doubt it. The car has 14" which I assume is stock?

Edit
reason I doubt the speedo is due to those road signs that show your speed, useally matched mine byabout 1/2mph

Also editing this in,

Im not a lier, im a pretty honest person. Ill take a vid with my iphone hopefully this weekend of the road/Speedo

and another edit, im bad ith these lol.

I would much rather get along with everyone on here, it just pisses me off with total fustration that it seems most of you guys skipped past what I posted. The car is a total step by step process with me, and yea I have rl friends too that also thought I should have done the engine route first. If I greeted someone, I would take a look at the total package and see what they are trying to acomplish instead of sorry for me saying this being narrowminded.

You can always use a GPS to verify the speedometer is on point.

Most of us aren't going 140mph because we aren't trying to lose our licenses.

I've gone 145mph before, not in the miata, but I was also like 20-21 years old. Not worth getting clocked going that fast, or worse yet hitting and killing someone.

True that, but other then that theres really no other place to go here where I live. Doing it on the jacks def would make it easier to show.. lol.

confirm with GPS when you vid please

Ive done 140 in a nissan 300zx - thats near the top end of the limit on the n/a version.
Also on two different sport bikes - but that doesnt count

at 115mph, weight isn't going to make a bit of a difference getting the last 25mph. you're not overcoming inertia, youre overcoming fluid resistance
