it just wont do it in MPH

That '94 will do 118mph WOT on a good day going downhill with a tailwind topless - you MIGHT get to 125 with the HT. Thats BEFORE you increased the aerodynamic cross section of the car by installing the body kit.

I can testified to that. The HT does make a ******* difference

What is the fastest, verified speed, that anyone has recorded in a FI NA(89~97) Miata?

Haven't you been paying attention? 138 MPH. Which, rounded up, is basically 140 MPH.

We had a thread about this. Anyhooters at 6.2ish k rpms I was getting to 125ish then I had to let off as a fucktard was cruising in the left lane, only in the USA

spec miatas can only hit around 90mph on a 1/2 mile straight were I could hit 135 with 170rwhp...i didn't have much gearing left.

Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner. A 100whp car will not respond favorably to the addition of 3 square feet of frontal area and an increased coefficient of drag. But then again, all high school kids believe that any car should automatically be able to go as fast as the top number on the speedometer, or did you already know that?

Taller rear end, power, and ground effects should be able to improve on that. I have had no trouble hitting 135 on track straightaway and my car is definitely not the fastest nor aerodynamic

1999 stock miata (Emerald Green) I could bounce the rev limiter in 5th gear (speedo looked just under 140; again actual speed +/- x)

An FI miata with a decent tune could max out the speedo no problems. However, in my ricer days, With a hard top and I/H/E and timing bump I hit a hair before 130 on 205/50/15 tires. Wait, do you have NOS?

I imagine it was in the 135-140 range. Highway driving and playing around with a mazdaspeed 3 it took a while to get there. My weight might have something to do with it as well.. I only weigh 140. Also I removed the AC/ + the soft top and the soft top framing so who knows how much weight that was.

My question is why should I stay here? Barely any of you have any respect for the work I have done to my car and all you can do is be negative with the train.
