Excited to be joining y’all. I recently picked up an NB miata and on the road to building boost. Tbh, I need to just vent about fab9. Its been an absolute nightmare trying to get an order through for turbo parts for the last month.

They’ve misled and lied multiple times. I knew about the rumors but I thought talking to them would eliminate any issues, i was wrong. No accountability what so ever. Jason in particular treats customers like we’re idiots (look in the mirror Jason ;~) ). Never worked with a more incompetent vendor…

Fab9 really killed a lot of my excitement for my build, but on the other hand I have had great experiences with 949 Racing and Goodwin. Looking forward to doing more business with them. Also looking forward to chatting with y’all!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I don't think you will find too many people 'round here that have nice things to say about that vendor

Builds take a lot of time, a lot more than reading thru threads here make it feel like. You may already know this, but patience will help keep your costs down and mental state up.

Please post some pictures of your car, where you're at with the build, plans, and other fun stuff you do outside Miatas! The team of experts here is eager to judge!

 

Thanks Rich! I hear ya. Thankfully I received the last part from Fab9 and never have to worry about them again (turns out another dropship they chose lie about on the phone, I literally had to beg them for a tracking number) . Honestly a weight off my mind. Will post pics soon!

back in 2017, he wans't that bad. actually, helped me out a lot, quite available on chat on facbeook.
so sad to see that company go down.

now I use Track Prep Performance. i don't want to link him but google it, should be first result. i know him personally and he's awesome.
usually carries things at same or below Fab9 pricing.
