Hi my name is flachattack and I've been a noob for 3 months now...

So I got myself a 97 base manual miata back in February. It was all stock besides a Jackson Racing intake. Besides that I have piled up numerous parts in my garage waiting to go in >_> (it's an addiction I swear). The list: 4.1 Torsen, JR M45 supercharger (blasphemy to you all I know), 15x8 Rotas (cheap and ricer I know, I know), Vmaxx coilovers hopefully soon. I'm in the middle of swapping in the Torsen (this is taking much longer than I originally thought)... but I can't wait to join the boosted crowd soon after!

Bought the kit used and it didn't come with an intake or check valve.

i expect between the time he made the first post, and the time he posted the pics, he got around to installing the JR supercharger listed in the first post, which replaced the JR intake that had been on the car beforehand.

 

yeah now I get it lol. at first I thought Brain was poking fun at the actual intake I used on the s/c.
