Robstown! I grew up in Rockport

Im current living up Austin and literally refuse to drive my clean msm to the coast to see relatives lol. I see nothing but miata rust horrors via this forum from those in the snowy areas. Cant imagine what port A will do

 

So that I may better understand your message, how would figuratively refusing be differentiated from literally refusing, or refusing in general?
