Hello...I picked up an 05 MSM from a fellow Miata buddy of mine a few weeks ago, and thought I would join this board as I've never tuned FI cars before. I had a Volvo C30 T5 a few years ago that I LOVED, but seeing that it had a full warranty I never turned a wrench on it. The MSM, however is a totally different story. This is my...let me count...5th Miata. I've owned 2 NAs (still have one today), two NB1s and now an NB2. The first NB1 was autocrossed, heavily in CSP and won lots of 1st place trophies. The 2nd NB1 was a 10AE...I never autox'd that car, but still had a lot of fun with it. The MSM is now my new toy. Engine-wise, it's pretty stock. But I AM looking at the little enchilada kit and a Megasquirt...that'll probably come next spring. I need time to learn how to work on FI cars (and save some money) first. About the only thing I've done to the car since picking it up is I installed a Hard Dog DD Hard Core Hardtop roll bar...and installed a few dangly bits that made the car "mine". I also have a Project-G bikini top on order that should be here any day...I have the bow all ready to go. I had a Project-G top on my 10AE and it was pretty much the greatest thing since sliced bread. Anyway...I have lots of plans for this car, and look forward to learning how to build a proper turbo car. Thanks for all your future assistance. I used to have a bull terrier named Dweezil.

Where in St louis are you? I used to go there for work all the time. Florrisant/ Ferguson area, then downtown to go the that awesome oyster place.
