Lots of fun so far, new Miata owner here!
Hi Everyone,
I bought my Miata back in June, just after my 41st birthday. Its my midlife crisis car. LOL. I used to own a 1992 Mazda MX-3 (hence the user name) with a BP-swap, so I am pretty familiar with the motors in these cars. Happy to be back driving a manual transmission again after 5 years of not owning one. This car is a riot to drive, and I look forward to learning more about them on this forum. I just put a set of Sparco FF-1 wheels on last month before competing at the SCCA Toledo ProSolo, which was my first time autocrossing in 12 years, and my first ever National event. Im a long-time photographer of SCCA autocross, and am looking forward to being behind the wheel some now, instead of being behind the lens all the time.
Currently based out of Charleston, West Virginia.

Welcome. As another late developer, I can appreciate the enjoyment you find in the car.
I got mine in my early fifties, and have since chalked up a couple of decades ownership, now on No4 (all NBs). As for tracking it, be careful, very careful - that can be a very steep and slippery slope, ask me how I know!
