Default New from ATx

Hey all, coming over from CR and M.net with my 2002 LS- 6spd... looking to rebuild my block and turbo after break in. Only problem is I'm stuck in emissions BS due to Austin being sucky. Any suggestions are more than welcome (no moving is currently out of the question lol). I've had the car for around 6 years now and still under 100k miles. Looking to put some vmaxx sport coils on to accomodate my 16x10 rims (Konis rub haha). I have a full cooling setup sitting, pistons, skunk 2 intake/tb sitting in my room waiting for the rest of the build to come together.. which hopefully will finish soon.

Vmaxx yet to be installed

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you are almost ready to turbo. You just need to purchase a spare car.

I bought VMaxx and drove them for a couple years. I thought they were pretty okay until I got Xidas. If you love your car, I would suggest doing the right thing the first time.

Ehh I've ridden with the Xidas, they're comfy, don't get me wrong, but at that price point, I'd go with Ohlins. I did a side by side and the Ohlins are really slick. Though then again the guy with the ohlins had them dialed in perfectly. Xidas would've been nice back in the day when there was the prebuy (but I just bought my Konis 2 weeks before they announced the prebuy for Xidas lol
