Welcome.

What are your plans for engine management, and what kind of power goals?

All of Loren's lightness would be so much better with a turbo.

Don't get a powercard.... just don't. I live maybe 15 minutes from you in Clearwater. Are you active on the local forum?

How much can you afford? There are like 3 megasquirts for sale for $250.

Just so you know, you will probably get banned if you start a build thread with a supercharger + powercard.

the search feature is your friend

For $250 you won't get one that is plug-n-play unless you get lucky. But hacking up a wiring harness is better than a powercard.

There is a 99 in the Tampa Bay area already that has a supercharger and a powercard that won't idle and runs really high IATs so he is risking destroying the engine. The owner came to my friend for help the other day because he doesn't have a clue how to fix it. You guys should meet up for appletinis.

Make Megasquirt the first thing you do, even if it's the only thing you can do. Power adders can wait. Arm yourself first with the knowledge and hardware to properly tune your car.
