That Link Belt looks to be a 250X3 MH and the Kobelco looks like a SK260LC-9 (or maybe a 210), but it is difficult to tell on my phone. The Link Belt is actually manufactured by a large Japanese company called Sumitomo and rebranded. Kobelco is the Kobe Steel Company, which also builds lattice boom cranes and suspension bridges. Both brands are equipped with Kawasaki hydraulic pumps and valves.

The Isuzu 4HK1 engine in the Link Belt is very quiet and is a favorite of mine but the Kobelco is likely a slightly quicker machine in operation.

In it right now it's a 210. You're right on the linkbelt I believe. It's super quiet it only makes noise when I pick up a 6000lb+ log. And I love the rising cab. But it's nickname is shaky cuz it will shake you to death I swear. The kobelco is really fast and I guarantee I max it out constantly when I get my groove going. Boss says im the fastest log chucker this side of the Mississippi lol.

Can you sneak me into your work and let me play with heavy machines? I will trade you a pedal set for the opportunity.

Lol we can shoot some guns out here too. Gotta be on a sun tho. You by any chance have a 1.8 engine laying around? I'd like to pick one up and get it on the stand. Haven't checked junkyards yet.
