Default New one from the UK with a modded 5 (with pics)

Well had my 5 around 7-8 months now, its a '94 eunos 1.8 s-special and love it to bits, bought it near standard and now has;

Garage Vary front lip
Offset front plate
HKS induction kit
Straight through de-cat
100mm Larini sports exhuast
Sportmax 502 with Toyo TR1's
EBC Yellow stuff front pads
EBC Green stuff rear pads

6-point roll cage being fitted tommorow!

I also have a black hardtop for it.

Now ive found myself on this website in the quest for going F/I with a turbo. I had a nissan 200sx running 280bhp before the 5 so really want a bit more power to give it that ooomph it needs.

I think i've narrowed it down to a home brew turbo set up based around a TD04 turbo and a custom tubular manifold + intercooler, a chap i know has a jig already made up from when he did his and he's pushing 280bhp with no mani probs, oh and a custom downpipe.

Then will see about using an MS1 with a boomslang harness, LC1 and some other bits.

If all of the noobs would read the last couple of meet and greet posts and emulate you and lugie, all would be well.

Welcome to the forum.

Very nice looking car.

If I knew a few years ago that my car would also turn into a track only car, I would have stayed NA for much longer, and may have never gone turbo. The extra gas, maintenance, and failures aren't quite worth the extra power for me, as fun as it is on the straights. I would have perfected my tire, suspension, and brake setup first at the very least. Just my though.

Hmm that is a good point, and one i have thought slightly about, but you've just made me consider it in more depth......

I want to start doing drift days, there's a local-ish disused airfiled that a company set up drift days on. I guess if im going to be pounding the car for hours on end, it would make sense to keep it N/A.

Here's a quick vid of the place,

Hmmm, decisions!!
