Just got this little white 1995 beauty last september. Started by an oil change and an autocross then winter came in the way. Autocross time :



Then, this spring, I've gone to 2 track schools and 1 Time Attack, all in 1 month. Me at the track :



Now that I've got a base case, let the building begin!

Next step is a proper race seat bolted on the floor. As one can see, there is something higher than the roll bar behind the winshield... Even after a foamectomy!

On another side, my girlfriend told me that yesterday : "The video of your last race is a shame, everyone passes you. You need to put more money into the car to go faster." I've no choice but to proceed then!

Here's my plan :

- FM V-Maxx package with swaybars (~1.5k)
- 15x9 6ULs (~1.5k)
- BFG Rivals or Hankook RS-3 (~0.8k)

This will give me time to be sure how I want to go with the motor. Is there any other trackworthy suspension package in that price range?

 

For 1.5k there's a lot better available than v-maxx.
