money on bandaids? seems like u all just want to waste peoples time. just like g35driver... ive already searched these questions and there is no one straight answer, u got morons running dual turbo exhaust on natural cars for the sound of it, not one straight answer, from what ive read im thinking the exhaust just needs to be 2.5, now if one of you feel like u can stop being a smart *** for a minute and help another fellow miata owner out and point him in a direction for his turbo build that would be greatly appreciated. childish people who have something to say or put down people for every post they write need not apply to my thread..

Lube up for the rape. It will hurt less.
I'm going to give you a chance and assume you used some shitty search terms and came up with nothing, cause this **** has been beaten to death already.
You want 3" if you plan on turbo later.
You want to fit the biggest cannister you can (this is why most of us don't have "straight back" exhausts) or your car will sound like ***.

the reason nobody wants to answer your questions about apexi bombers or buddy club donkydonk pipes is because nobody here would spend that kind of money on those brands. I'm not sure if they're even made for miatas.
there are two ways to go:
cheap ebay exhaust
cheap custom awesome exhaust
oh wait: option #3: enthuza and you'll be happy.

if you plan on going turbo dont waste your money on a exhaust. save up and get the exhaust you need for your turbo setup. any exhaust for n/a motor is going to be a bottleneck once the turbo goes on.

Simple answer in one long, disjointed run-on sentence is:
Any exhaust that you buy for an NA car will be ****-canned when you go turbo so either buy something now that you will be comfortable selling for 30% of what you pay for it when you go turbo or just kludge together your stock exhaust for now until you can replace it with a proper turbo exhaust when you do add the turbo.
There are no exhaust systems that you can buy that will do double duty.

You guys are so stupid. Brand name = EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
How do you expect to make any power if you're not using the 1,300 dollar MAXIM WORKS header?!?!?!
Then of course you have to optimize it with the RS Factory Stage N-Zero2 Exhaust!!!! Only another 900!!!!!!!!!
It may only be 2-1/4" but that doesn't matter in terms of power or street cred.
Wise up people. Stop getting this junk *** 3" turbo ****.
