Hi Friends,
My name is Matt and I own a 2001 Mazda Miata (on a miata forum? shocker). I am currently in the process of taking care of all the pre-turbo essentials (in my opinion) such as roll bar, coil overs, track days, etc. I was dead set on an FFS kit since I have to remain OBDII compliant for emissions, but after doing heavy research I decided to come to the light side and turbo my car.
I'll be the first to admit I don't know jack about turbos other than the parts needed to install one on my car, but I hope to gain as much knowledge as possible digging through the vast resources of this forum. My goal at this point is to have a fast spooling 220-250whp set up (GT2554r) to run autocross and track days with while remaining reliable as my daily driver (so I'll need to decide if I'm going to wire a megasquirt in parallel or to swap injectors and ecu every couple years).
Thanks in advance for the warm (or not so warm) welcomes!
