So when i first got her i would notice some leaks where the head gasket is.. CHanged all of them but now after hard driving it looks like the head has some wet spots? Its bugging me and i dont know if i should worry. On a side note anyone know how some tuners get that head in matt or a nice finish?? There are no leaks on the side from the head gasket just these visible "wet" looking spots....

I believe you may be speaking about your valve cover and valve cover gasket.

Just imagine if the head gasket was as easy to replace as the valve cover gasket.

As Fireindc said, that piece that your oil cap screws into, that your spark plug wires rest on, and that has two bulges down it's length is your valve cover. It has the valve cover gasket under it, you can see the 11 chrome headed bolts holding it down. It's only 2-3 inches tall. It is a common place to see leaks, especially if that $25 gasket hasn't been replaced within the last ~3 years.

Amazing. Someone is more noob than I am.

Mxdubba just spray a bunch of engine cleaner or brake cleaner on those spots and scrub. Your valve cover is just kinda dirty. There's a reason why I painted my VC black

You're a better man for admitting it, however. Congrats to you and your cookie is in the mail. Enjoy!

(and my valve cover looks the same, lol)
