It depends a little on what you mean with "one of these"?
www.motordesign.se They are not cheap though (by my standard).

My friend from TB, Brickster151, in Santa Cruz, has a P1800ES with the Illusive B23FT (One Year Only Motor) with a 'Stang 5.0L T5! Its a project for his Mom.

I actually have both of these and im wondering if this is a finished product already...im really suprised more b230ft swaps are not in motion in general.....id probably shy away from the 16v build because it becones an interference engine at that point..those twin cam heads cost a lot to purchase and make work
