Default $5.43 to a helper

Offering $5.43 to anyone who can take my tune file and modify it/tell me what to change to get my car running on Megasquirt. Most of the basic settings are taken care of; I'm having a hard time with the starting settings e.g. cranking pulse width, cranking spark angle, etc. I have a timing light on the way to figure timing out, but figured some of the base tune stuff could be figured out ahead of time. Help with afterstart settings would also be much appreciated.

Can tell you anything else you need to know to help me. Thank you.

Link below will take you to where the file can be downloaded.

We need more info.
Does it not run at all? Does it catch and then stall? Does it stay running for a couple of seconds?

As of now, it cranks without catching. No sputtering, no running, just cranking. Sorry about not mentioning that.

did you build it yourself?

did you do the HIGH OUT circuit for the fuel pump? Did you forget to remove the ST-SIGN before cranking using this method of fuel pump activating?

Default $5.43 to a helper

I only jumpered it. It was a 94-95 car, I changed it for a 90-93.
Fuel Pump output to High Side Driver input, then High Side Driver output to 1C on adapter board.
I did remove the ST SIGN fuse.

is it wired for vTPS and you still have your oe TPS connected?

can you connect with a laptop?

are you getting any RPMs in TS when cranking?

what basemap are you using?

I left the VTPS port alone, and my TPS plug is still plugged in on my car.

My laptop will connect.

I'm not sure, I'll check later today.

I believe I'm using the base map below. Base Map

If not that one, it's this one. But it's probably the one above.

Correction. My TPS signal is grounded, and there's nothing going to tach. Where should it be going to?

OP- is going to 4E, and VR2 is going to 4G. Correct according to this.

Having looked at other posts, I'm appearing to have software issues. If my jumpers are correct, it would seem like this must be the issue. I suppose that when I assumed because the signatures between the tune amd firmware matched after I messed with settings, I figured it would be kosher. From what I've seen, it's probably my attempt to adapt 3.4.0 firmware to the older tune that's messing things up. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. Probably am. Let me know what you guys think?

Brain, think you could take a look at that tune file? I'll gladly send you that fee, I'm just looking to start the car tomorrow, my timing light came in. Thanks.

Did you do anything else other than switch out the ECU since the last time the car ran?

Nope. Wired in a few gauges, but that's just power and ground.
