Unhappy 00 NB w/Aug2017 Rotrex install....NEED HELP!!

Hello,
I have a 2000 NB that I have done some HPDE events successfully over the last few years. I decided to supercharge it with a new kit from Kraftwerks this summer. Their piggyback unit was garbage, and I promptly decided to Megasquirt the car with a new PNP2. The car currently had toyota cops installed that had run beautifully for the last 2 years. It currently has the 255lph fuel pump and the 350cc injectors that came with the SC kit. Although I was able to get the car to drive in september and october, the AFRs have NEVER been right, and bounce around like crazy and are always lean (16-19ish) Even at WOT my PLX gauge only shows about 11.5-13. I am a 9th grade History teacher, thus my time to work on it is limited to breaks and the summer.
Some questions I have if anyone would be willing to assist--IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
1. Will swapping the injection from "UNTIMED" to "Semi-Sequential " in TS briefly (less than 2min) cause 2 coils (Cops) to fail?
2. My car is a returnless fuel system......could this be the reason why my 350cc injectors are not flowing enough fuel even though I have adjusted my Fuel tables to inject more fuel based on my AFR readings? (I soldered in the ground wire from the PLX to the ground on the wire harness, and I have double checked my vacuum line to the MAP sensor and it is zip tied.) If it is, is it necessary to convert to a return fuel system?
3. Although I consider my self to be pretty mechanically inclined, I feel pretty overwhelmed thus far with this recent investment of the computer and SC kit that I have not been able to iron the kinks out.....speaking of this....
4. Does anyone who is a guru with megasquirt live within a 100-150 mile radius on this forum who could help with these tuning issues? **I will drive to you, or compensate for your time and fuel to come to Florence, AL.

Please feel free to respond with questions about the car or any installations/settings that have been done thus far.

Sounds like multiple parts of your tune are way off. PM me if you can't find a professional locally, as I e-tune quite a bunch of miata's on here.

I have a '99 with the Kraftwerks Rotrex kit and MSPNP Pro. Mods are in my sig block. The only way these guys can help you is if you post your tune and a log file.

Thank you gentlemen for responding to my post for help!! I apologize about the delay in responding, I have been handling my "hunny do list" in the midst of trying to tackle this issue with my car. Since I am new to megasquirt, how do I post my TUNE and LOG file? I don't want to accidentally screw up anything any more than it is by transferring a file or sending something to another place on my computer. Also, I am currently running on 2 cylinders (I am waiting for some replacement COP's to come in by this Saturday). Will I be able to post both of what you guys requested without the car running? Thanks in advance for the help and reply.

18Psi,

I tried to send you my tune directly, but I cant find the button to attache a file like in a regular post. I think that I was able to send a copy of my tune in the original message as well. Please let me know if you need anything else. Also, I have been UNSUCCESSFUL in finding a local tuner, so what is your pricing for e-tuning?
