Default 550cc installed and barely made it home.

I have RC550cc injectors. It took everything apart and tried to snap the plug on the injector. . The plugs on the other motor are different..

I have some brand new venom 550cc injectors I saved out of the ebay kit I sold. I had planned on selling them. But they plugged rght up. So I'm going to try them out.
I looked at them and they are blue and have the same part number as my 230cc's. They even say Denso. I was pissed I thought the guy had sent me his stock injectors.
When I bolted them up. It ran good for about 10sec and started flooding. I was happy. Then I realized that I had forgot to tell my girlfriend to bring my laptop to the storage with her. it was only 4 blocks to the house. I barely made it. She had the flashers on, and I got down to like 4 mph. I had to rev and bump the clutch over and over to get there. I grabbed the laptop, changed the required fuel. It fired up and started running better. but I need new plugs. From the tunning they were weak anyway. But now they are shot. LOL
I'm going to keep a close eye on afr's with these injectors. But seince they are reworked denso's mabe they will be good.

Any experiance out there with these Venom 550cc?

Pretty much everyone that has used/heard of venom injectors usually says they're crap.

So do Rc injectors have to have connectors spliced in, or is it just the ones I have?

All RC connectors have to have connectors spliced in.
