Default 94 miata DIYPNP not starting

I just installed a DIYPNP into my 1994 miata. The car starts but only barely and irregularly with throttle applied and will just die unless i keep my foot on the throttle. I have tried adjusting the PW and have had little success.

I linked my tune, and a datalog of the car dying, aswell as a video of my AFRs as i let go of the throttle and the car dies.

Lol I thought you hadn't written anything but turns out your font color is ****, can you make it black?

Have you loaded a base tune?

To begin with, your VE table makes no sense, the lower the load and the lower the RPM, trend to have lower VE, almost never you'll see your VE numbers go DOWN when you go up in RPM, especially in the Idle area. Make it all even. Fix your 1400rpm VE, that 17 makes no sense. Set the whole area from your lowest kpa to 40, and from lowest RPM to 1200ish to 45ve and see what happens. Start rich and lean after. If 17 is where you need to set it to get it to not be pig rich, something else is not adding up, I'd re-do your req fuel calculations.

Your engine size is wrong, unless you have a 2L engine. Make your AFR table somewhat even for now, make everything under 8kpa 14.7 to start, fine tune later.

Your closed loop targets are kinda aggressive, when your engine is cold is trying to idle at 1500rpm, exactly where you have your VE table all wrong, I'd bring it down to 1100, especially since you're choosing to have your valve close above 1500rpm, might get confusing.

I'd start with that. And enable your wideband, the AFR is not logged, so the log is pretty much worthless.

Make changes and come back with a new log.

Lol i use dark mode so it made the text white, anyway i was on the base map from diyautotune idk if i downloaded the wrong one or what but i changed to the base map from turbokitty and changed the fuel setting and the car actually started. I verified my base timing however now the car starts fine but then idles really rough and low at around 600 RPM and has around 22AFR at idle. I changed the ASE to help it start smoother and the car runs smoother when revved. Iv attached my updated tune and log from idle to revs.

Keep playing with it, I'm not gonna remote tune your car over a forum. I gave you some pointers, go exercise.
