I'm on a budget with my Miata build. The next item on my list is fuel managment. I am semi skilled at soldering and do have the fundamentals of understanding circuitry.

It seems that (if my calcuations are right) once you piece together a MS2DIY, it's almost the same price as a DIYPNP? True?

If that's the case, it's probably a no brainer to jump with a DIYPNP over a MS2DIY?

Any suggestions?

Yes, an MS2 V3.0 kit with the usual accessories ordered with it costs in the same ballpark as a DIYPNP - and takes longer to build. For Miatas, there isn't much reason to go with an MS2 V3.0 over a DIYPNP these days unless you were thinking of upgrading to MS3 down the line.
