Nobody has any ideas? Guess I'll call DIY tomorrow.

A problem in one injector is more likely to be hardware (and less likely to show up in TunerStudio). Try checking the voltage on the wire to the injector with the key on, engine off, and fuel pump fuse pulled to avoid flooding the engine. It should have battery voltage on all four - if one is grounding out, check to see if the driver is receiving 5 volts from the processor (code / settings issue) or has zero volts (failed driver).

Alright, voltages off the board (and at the injectors) are the same for 2-4 at 11.8ish volts. Injector 1 is the only one getting 5.8ish volts. This seems to be backwards from what was expected. Any ideas? I'm probably going to take off the sequential injection mod for now and see if the issue changes.

Alright, went back to untimed/batch injection and car runs perfect. Do I have a bad sequential board? Did I install it wrong? It's pretty simple seeming, solder on header, run INJ 3 and 4 on the seqmod board to 3 and 4 on the main board right?

Where exactly did you measure 5.8 volts?

That was between the two prongs of the fuel injector plug.
