95 Body, 96 engine.

I have a 95 M edition with a 96 engine in it which mega squirt guide do I follow to build it? Also I am not sure if my harness is out of an auto, or a manual car. Any advice?

Sorry I've tried searching.

You always get the ECU for the chassis, no the engine. My 90 is running a 90-93 mspnp with a 99 bp4w motor.

Awesome thanks. Anyone have any idea if I can tell the auto and manual harnesses apart? Or if it matters for building a v3 mega squirt?
