Anyone know of a decent guide to tuning a Megasquirt?

How to use the autotune features, what to set AFR values to, etc. I googled it but didn't come up with anything. Anyone have something decent for me to spend a couple hours reading?

and how the **** do I get more rows (kpa) and more columns (rpm) in the VE table? I must be overlooking something.

I've seen this recommended before but I haven't read it. $20 seems a reasonable amount and the reviews are positive.

heh, i'm gonna have to agree with the two posts above. the megamanual was much more helpful. the spark tuning section on that book basically said it's really hard, it takes forever, and you need a dyno.
+1 on the megamanual. You really have to read it section by section to understand what each of the settings is. It's easy to get the car running with the settings on the board already but knowing why those settings are what they are is a different story. I would go thought the MM, then if I didn't understand something do a couple searches at msefi and msextra then here and then ask some questions, someone is bound to be able to answer them.
